 Welcome to eZ-Audit

Attention:

Proprietary Schools with Fiscal Year Ends on or after 12/31/23

Federal Student Aid (FSA) recently concluded the information collection request for the eZ-Audit Electronic submission of 90/10 revenue attestation for proprietary institutions and is working to enhance the eZ-Audit system to incorporate the public comments received during the review period. FSA acknowledges that 90/10 submission requirements have changed for proprietary institutions effective with the 12/31/2023 fiscal year audits (and forward). At this time, the existing eZ-Audit template does not reflect the updated 90/10 regulations. Proprietary institutions required to submit 12/31/2023 audits should hold those submissions until the system updates are in place. FSA will provide further instructions, including information about the availability of the updated eZ-Audit template, in forthcoming electronic announcements on the Knowledge Center.
